About Precast & Our Team

As a PCI Certified Erector, Precast Services Inc. crews are qualified in the erection of both architectural and structural precast components. To maintain this status, all crews undergo twice-yearly audits conducted by PCI Certified Field Auditors, with at least one of the two audits conducted by an independent auditor. Precast Services, Inc. is certified as a PCI S2 eErector of complex structural precast components, which ensures compliance with stringent erection standards.

Bohdan (Bo) Kusznir

Chief Executive Officer

Bo has been with the Company for over 15 years. Bo's technical background started with a Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University in Civil Engineering. His career spans many positions, including Engineering Research, Sales, and Project Management for various Companies. He has been involved in constructing parking garages, offices, monuments, air traffic control towers, stadiums, roads, bridges, movie theaters, shopping centers, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. He has an Honorable Discharge from the Army Corps of Engineers, where he served proudly as a Combat Engineer. He has continued to be active at the Precast/Prestress Institute, working with various committees.

Frank Zwiercan

President and Chief Operating Officer

Frank joined Precast Services in 2008 as a Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering from Temple University. Over his career, he has worked for various Construction Companies and Precast Manufacturers with experience ranging from Sales, Project Management, and Estimating. He has been involved in constructing Office Buildings, Warehouse, Building Renovations, Nursing Homes, Hospital Expansions, Parking Garages, Building Facades, and Manufacturing Facilities. Presently he holds the position of President and COO, with responsibilities including the overall health and safety of the company.

Michael J. Drop

Vice President

Mr. Drop holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green University. His construction experience commenced in 1988 as an Estimator and eventually to the position of General Manager for a prefabricated architectural panel subcontractor. His assorted responsibilities were comprised of estimating, contract review, design planning, production scheduling, erection and material inventory for several commercial office building projects throughout the Northeastern United States. Since joining Precast Services, Inc. in 1996, Mr. Drop has estimated and managed numerous projects, primarily the construction of office building and warehouse facades involving various architectural precast concrete members.

Dan Perko

Vice President / Tools and Equipment Services

Immediately after graduating from high school, Mr. Perko gained experience in the construction industry working as an Assistant Shop Tool Manager for a structural steel erection company based out of Cleveland, Ohio, for over thirteen (13) years. After joining Precast Services, Inc. on a full-time basis in 2001, Mr. Perko began his career as a Tool and Equipment Manager whose responsibilities primarily involved purchasing, maintaining, and delivering all necessary supplies, tools, and equipment required for the various company field erection activities. Since investing in construction equipment capital, Mr. Perko's responsibilities expanded to managing telescopic man lift equipment and coordinating the maintenance, transportation, assembly, and disassembly of a fleet of large crawler cranes.

Anthony Durante

Director of Sales and Operations - Northeast

Mr. Durante learned about the benefits of precast concrete while studying at the University of Delaware, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. His construction experience began with a role he held while attending college, managing construction and renovation projects for the University. In 2012, he entered the precast concrete industry and has since served in various field and management positions with responsibilities including estimating, budgeting, contract negotiations, scheduling, and planning. He has managed and delivered projects such as parking garages, bridges, hospitals, schools, utility plants, offices, warehouses, and control towers.

Todd Haley

Senior Project Manager

After a lengthy career with one of the Northeast’s leading structural precast providers, Todd joined Precast Services in 2023. Starting on the production floor as a laborer and crew leader, Todd quickly gained notice from management and soon began work in the Drafting and engineering department. The journey would include other positions such as Project Manager and Precast Estimator.

Tim Pugh

Project Manager

Timothy joined Precast Services in 2022. His background in precast manufacturing previously had him as part of the project management on-site team for one of the largest precast parking garages in the Northeast. His precast experience is with projects, both structural and architectural. He currently holds an ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician – Grade I certification.

Andrew Perko

Project Manager

Andrew initially joined Precast Services, Inc. in 2015, working as a part-time Shop Tool and Equipment Assistant required for the company’s various overall field erection activities. Throughout the years following, he gained experience and knowledge within the field of construction while working for Precast Services, Inc. and studying to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kent State University in 2021. Andrew currently remains actively involved in managing the precast erection operations for various both structural and architectural projects.

Michael A. Hudgins

Corporate Safety & Health Director

Certified as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Mr. Hudgins' career in the field of Construction began as a laborer with Local 860 in 1988. Mr. Hudgins soon became involved with all aspects of construction safety, serving as a Safety Officer since 1991. His knowledge gained through both on the job training and classroom instruction, including the OSHA Training Institutes '500 Instructor Course, allows him to perform a variety of duties which include employee safety training, site safety inspections, hazard assessments, and the maintenance of OSHA record-keeping requirements. Mr. Hudgins is also recognized by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) as a Certified Field Auditor, and is a Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.

John J. Tinner

Estimating Manager

John joined Precast Services, Inc. in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering from Temple University and has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, John has worked in various positions, including Project Manager, Project Engineer and Estimator for several construction companies. His experience includes the construction of warehouses, office buildings, parking garages, residential homes, building renovations and commercial skylights. John specializes in cost estimating, ranging from conceptual budgets to detailed estimates. In his current role as Estimating Manager at Precast Services, Inc., John manages the workload and estimating staff for Precast Services.
