As a PCI Certified Erector, Precast Services Inc. crews are qualified in the erection of both architectural and structural precast components. To maintain this status, all crews are audited twice each year by PCI Certified Field Auditors, with at least one of the two audits conducted by an independent auditor
Bohdan Kusznir - President / CEO
Bo began his career with a Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University in Civil Engineering. His work experience spans a diverse range, from being a Research Assistant at the Pennsylvania Transportation Institute, studying asphalt binders, to working at various companies in Sales and Project Management. He has been involved in the construction of roads, bridges, movie theaters, shopping centers, warehouses, offices, parking garages and manufacturing facilities. Mr. Kusznir has been a Director of Project Management for a major precaster headquartered in Pennsylvania. Recently he has been active at the Precast/Prestress Institute working with various committees. Mr. Kusznir holds an Honorable Discharge from the Army Corps of Engineers.
Lorri Sroka - Vice President / CFO
Mrs. Sroka began her career working as an accounting clerk in the administration office for a multifaceted construction specialty company based out of Cleveland, Ohio for eighteen (18) years. After joining Precast Services, Inc. in 1998, Mrs. Sroka worked in the accounting department. Her responsibilities included working with accounts payables and receivables, company billings, and all other financial matters relating to both daily and monthly corporate reporting. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, Mrs. Sroka was initially promoted to Company Accountant and has since earned the title of Chief Financial Officer.
Michael J. Drop - Vice President
Mr. Drop holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green University. His construction experience commenced in 1988 as an Estimator and eventually to the position of General Manager for a prefabricated architectural panel subcontractor. His assorted responsibilities were comprised of estimating, contract review, design planning, production scheduling, erection and material inventory for several commercial office building projects throughout the Northeastern United States. Since joining Precast Services, Inc. in 1996, Mr. Drop has estimated and managed numerous projects, primarily the construction of office building and warehouse facades involving various architectural precast concrete members.
Dan Perko - Vice President / Tools and Equipment Services
Immediately after graduating from high school, Mr. Perko gained experience in the construction industry working as an Assistant Shop Tool Manager for a structural steel erection company based out of Cleveland, Ohio for an overall period of thirteen (13) years. After joining Precast Services, Inc. on a fulltime basis in 2001, Mr. Perko began his career as a Tool and Equipment Manager whose responsibilities primarily involve the purchasing, maintaining and delivery of all necessary supplies, tools, and equipment required for all of the various company field erection activities. Since investing in construction equipment capital, Mr. Perko's responsibilities expanded to managing telescopic man lift equipment as well as coordinating the maintenance, transportation, assembly and disassembly of a fleet of large crawler cranes.
Frank Zwiercan - Vice President
Mr. Zwiercan began his career with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Temple University in Civil and Construction Engineering. His work experience spans from working as an Estimator for a small contractor to a Project Manager for a large Construction Management firm. Mr. Zwiercan also gained Project Management experience at a large precast concrete fabricator. Mr. Zwiercan has managed a variety of projects involving the construction of warehouses, office buildings, strip malls, and parking garages. Mr. Zwiercan has been with Precast Services, Inc. since 2008.
Jeffery Walason - Estimator
Immediately after graduating high school, Mr. Walason began his career in the precast industry working for precast fabricators for 28 years. His work experience spans from the shop floor working in Quality Control, in the field as a site representative, and the office as a project manager and estimator. Mr. Walason has estimated and managed a variety of projects such as Stadiums, Prisons, Parking Garages, Bridges, and Office Buildings. Mr. Walason has been with Precast Services, Inc. since 2016.
Richard Martel - Director of Sales and Operations for NY & NE
Mr. Martel holds a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from the University of Massachusetts and has worked for more than 30 years in the precast industry. Mr. Martel began his career as a Laborer and advanced to the position of Project Executive for a large precast producer. Mr. Martel has also worked as a Sales Manager for a precast accessories supplier and as a General Manager for a precast erection company in the West. Mr. Martel joined Precast Services, Inc. in January 2018.
Michael A. Hudgins - Corporate Safety & Health Director
Certified as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Mr. Hudgins' career in the field of Construction began as a laborer with Local 860 in 1988. Mr. Hudgins soon became involved with all aspects of construction safety, serving as a Safety Officer since 1991. His knowledge gained through both on the job training and classroom instruction, including the OSHA Training Institutes '500 Instructor Course, allows him to perform a variety of duties which include employee safety training, site safety inspections, hazard assessments, and the maintenance of OSHA record-keeping requirements. Mr. Hudgins is also recognized by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) as a Certified Field Auditor, and is a Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
