Precast Services Inc. was responsible for the precast erection of a four-level, 810-piece modern parking garage, that replaced an old garage that existed for 50 years. This project was part of the ongoing revitalization of the current MassMutual Center, in the heart of downtown Springfield, MA. Plans for this garage go beyond just parking, with additional features to include an outdoor event space and lower-level retail and restaurant areas, adding valuable amenities and attractions to the MassMutual Center.
