Newark Police and Fire Parking Garage – New Jersey

We are proud to have completed the construction of a state-of-the-art, 2-story parking garage as part of the expansive $49 million Newark Police and Fire Training Facility. This garage, comprising 195 precast pieces, is located on the historic site of the former William H. Brown Academy school building in Wilmington, Delaware. The school had remained vacant since a devastating fire in 2017.

JP Morgan Chase Parking Garage – Delaware

Our team completed the construction of a 6-story parking garage in the heart of Wilmington, Delaware. This project, consisting of 596 precast pieces, is a significant component of a broader renovation effort to modernize JP Morgan Chase's facilities. The new parking garage will serve the employees of the existing 22-floor office building, providing a secure and convenient parking solution in the bustling downtown area.

TidalHealth Parking Garage Repairs – Maryland

Precast Services was contracted to dismantle damaged precast from the Tidal Health parking garage structure that was originally erected in 1995. We faced a challenging situation when the four-story parking garage experienced a partial collapse, specifically on level 2. Following the removal of necessary pieces, new precast units were erected in place of the damaged product, and the structurally adequate panels were reinstalled.

In a bustling town with popular shopping complexes, our team took on a great challenge - a multi-phase project at the Clarus housing project in Berkley Heights, NJ. Our mission was to erect a stunning 5-story, 315 piece precast concrete parking garage with a spectacular roof deck and interior courtyard. This was all done to compliment the 211 apartment units, creating an extraordinary development that would leave a lasting impact on the community.
