Our team completed the precast assembly of a four-level, 392-piece precast parking garage for the new 300-unit apartment complex, located in Livingston, NJ. This project required precise planning and innovative solutions from our skilled team to overcome the challenges encountered at the site, ensuring a high-quality parking garage met the needs of this residential community.
The sloped project site and variable soil conditions presented significant challenges during construction. Our team deployed timber mats to stabilize the LR1300SX crane and carefully planned its placement to ensure safe and efficient operations. The crane was assembled outside the garage footprint and driven down onto the timber mats. Coordination and additional crane road materials were installed to facilitate its final positioning. Precast components were professionally lifted and installed from the upper section of the site, beyond the retaining wall, showcasing our team’s ability to adapt to complex terrain.
Through open communication and excellent collaboration, our New Jersey precast construction team and partners brought this project to life, constructing a well-crafted parking garage in the Livingston area.
