Precast Services Inc. was proud to complete the precast assembly of 234 precast panels with a thin brick facade for the Harrison Avenue Warehouse in Kearny, NJ. This project resulted in a state-of-the-art 211,000 sq. ft. distribution center warehouse, a significant addition to the area’s industrial landscape. Our team ensured the facility met the client’s stringent requirements for durability, precision, and aesthetic excellence.
This project required precise attention to existing underground utilities installed before the precast erection began, requiring constant, detailed coordination with Russo Development, the general contractor, to avoid potential damage. Additionally, certain areas of the facade featured overhangs, which presented challenges when erecting the spanning precast panels beneath the steel frame. These unique project challenges were effectively managed through careful planning, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving.
