Precast Services Inc. was thrilled to partner once more with Dailey Precast LLC and Aurora Contractors for the construction of a 2.5-level, 333-piece precast parking garage. This structure contributes to an expansive 300,000-square-foot, $210 million expansion of the Jake’s 58 Hotel and Casino in Islandia, NY. As a critical component of this major development, the new parking garage supports increased guest capacity and enhances accessibility for the casino’s growth.
The site’s active construction landscape and varying ground elevations presented challenges for our team, requiring rigorous pre-erection coordination. Our team worked closely with other trades to design a strategic crane path that enabled smooth, uninterrupted operations across the site. This collaboration allowed all parties to safely maintain their schedules while keeping the garage erection process efficient and on track. With a strategically planned approach, our team completed the project on schedule, delivering a safe, high-quality structure that exceeded client expectations.
