The Tertiary Treatment Building is part of the broader $41 million upgrade to the Spencer Wastewater Treatment Plant, making site logistics a significant challenge. Space limitations required precise planning and coordination to ensure efficient operations.
Through extensive pre-erection collaboration with the precast provider, Coreslab Structures, and the general contractor, CH Nickerson, our team executed the precast assembly quickly and safely. Leveraging a 300-ton hydraulic all-terrain crane from Bay Crane Northeast, we completed the erection phase within just a few days, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and precision in every project.
