Precast Services Inc. was selected by Unistress Corp. and BNE Real Estate Group to execute the precast assembly for a 295-piece parking garage in South Amboy, NJ. This structure plays a vital role in supporting the expanding Station Bay luxury residence community, enhancing both convenience and infrastructure on the Raritan Bay waterfront.
As part of a larger development featuring 205 luxury residences, this precast parking garage needed to be completed efficiently to keep the overall project on track.
