Our New York/New England division completed the precast assembly of a four-level, 391-piece parking garage for the new Standard at Four Corners student apartment community. This modern 392-unit development, located near the University of Connecticut (UCONN) campus in Storrs, CT, required precise planning and execution to meet the needs of this prestigious academic hub.
Our team faced significant challenges due to an aggressive schedule and limited space for crane disassembly after completing the precast assembly.
